Are the digital shade comparators worth it?

Hello my fellow Dentists! I have been thinking of purchasing a dental photoelectric comparator. This is a digital shade guide. A machine that scans the color/hue, and produces it on the screen for you in vita format. So A2, B1 Etc. They have beenselling for around $300 now, and I just don't know if they work well or how accurate they are? Anyone have any experience?
