Finally bit the bullet and got my Grand Cherokee sorted
Thought I'd pop back on here and share a quick update because I know a few of you were asking about where I ended up taking my 2017 Grand Cherokee after that nightmare with the transmission shudder. So after all the back and forth and asking around, I decided to check out a place I found through a forum thread and honestly I'm pretty relieved with how it all turned out. The guys there actually took the time to properly road test it and run the diagnostics rather than just guessing like the last place did. They managed to pin down the issue to a faulty valve body which apparently is pretty common on these models and got it sorted without trying to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary work.
